Our team works closely with clients and design teams to ensure that every project — from small residential developments to complex commercial schemes — meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and compliance.
We’re a friendly, close-knit team that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Over the past few years, we’ve developed and strengthened our Quality Management System (QMS), and we’re now looking for an experienced Office Manager / PA to help us build on that success and support our continued growth.
About the Role
This role provides proactive and professional PA and administrative support to the main director, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
You’ll play a vital part in supporting the team and clients across multiple projects — from residential to commercial developments — covering the full project lifecycle from feasibility and planning through to build and implementation.
It’s a varied role combining administration, project coordination, finance, and client support, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, purposeful business.

- Maintain contact, new business, and portfolio databases.
- Process and chase invoices in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage company insurance renewals and policy documentation.
- Oversee shared inboxes and issue quotes as required.
- Answer and direct office phone calls.
- Track annual leave, absence, and sickness records.
- Maintain HR paperwork and staff training/CPD records.
- Keep a register of company assets and equipment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, adaptable, and proactive, with a genuine interest in improving systems and helping the business run smoothly.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, PA, or Administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- Confident liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
- High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with great organisational and multitasking skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with WordPress or website content updates.
- Interest or experience in marketing or social media — we’re a small team, so any help showing off our fabulousness is always appreciated!

Benefits include:
- Company pension
- Private healthcare
- Death in Service cover
- Cycle to Work scheme
- On-site parking
- Flexitime for work–life balance
- Support for professional development and training
Eligibility
