Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As our technology scales from prototype to global deployment, we are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead innovative projects across our Python backend, React/Type Script frontend, and Google Cloud infrastructure.

  • What you’ll do
  • Architect and develop cloud infrastructure systems, making key technical decisions across our Type Script/React frontend and Python backend services.
  • Expand cloud capabilities to enable comprehensive data management and customer-facing analytics from drone operations.

Collaborate with Operations and Integration teams to gather feedback and improve how customers access and utilise their mission data.

  • Build and maintain Google Cloud architecture, database systems, and deployment pipelines.

Contribute to technical discussions and help drive the team’s technical maturity through knowledge sharing.

  • What you need
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience with strong Python skills for backend development, plus Type Script/Java Script for frontend work in production environments.
  • Proven experience with software/system architecture and design decisions in microservice environments at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Already eligible to work in the UK.
  • Bonus: React, Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Dev Ops experience.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a product mindset that understand both the "what/why" and technical "how" will help you make effective architectural decisions.

Clear communication skills and a delivery mindset will let you collaborate effectively and know when to ship versus iterate.
