About the Role: Seerist is looking for a motivated high‑velocity Sales Executive to join our team to help us grow. The successful candidate will strive to continuously improve their sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices. The successful candidate will have quota‑carrying sales experience within a subscription / SaaS sales environment, leveraging analysis, risk, or business intelligence products. This role is for an EMEA sales territory. The position is London based; 3-days per week in the office.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients by understanding their goals and processes, identifying their needs, and solving their problems by integrating our SaaS platform into their workflows.
  • Build your pipeline by prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering pitches, providing product demonstrations, running trials/pilots, crafting pricing offers, producing proposals, arranging contracts, and ultimately delivering new wins.
  • Visit prospects in person, attend conferences, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Consistently and diligently maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and sales activity data within client management systems.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement initiatives aimed at promoting our services.
  • Work well in teams with our partners at Control Risks’ in joint Seerist sales opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients as they are handed to Client Success/Account Management teams.
  • Act as a champion within the region and as a part of the wider global team by helping with internal education and promotion of our software services.
  • Contribute to product innovation and the iterative development of Seerist by gathering client feedback and playing an active role in the development process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years proven track record of quota‑achieving results in SaaS sales or SDR level work in industry to Enterprise customers across multiple sectors.
  • If SDR experience only, proven expertise in analysis, risk, or business intelligence products.
  • Genuine customer empathy.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely, articulately, and appropriately.
  • Passionate about technology, the changing world and current affairs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using Hubspot CRM or other CRM Systems.
  • Understanding of travel, security and political risk, threat‑monitoring, or threat intelligence services, and/or selling to corporate security departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales in parallel, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally.
  • Ability to meet internal/external deadlines.
  • Ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with senior‑level management.
  • Capable of taking on broader responsibilities in the future.
  • Able to organize self and others, including effective prioritization.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and accountabilities.
