With increasing demand for in the Forward Deployment Engineering space, we are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Delivery team to pick up a warm desk, nurture the talent relationships and grow this new vertical into a top-performing delivery team.
What You Will be Doing
- Map, identify, and engage with talent within the FDE space.
- Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and candidate engagement.
- Liaise with the BD team to ensure effective collaboration and smooth processes for candidates.
- Act as the middle-person, swiftly booking interviews and sharing feedback with the BD Consultant and candidates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to Seer's broader growth strategy and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in Delivery/360 recruitment, ideally within AI or software engineering across the US (but not a must).
- Strong track record of identifying and closing top tier candidates and high-level roles.
- Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
- Go-to market expert for understanding the roles, technicalities and specialism of candidates and client processes.
