Business Development - Executive/Principal Consultant
Location: Billericay
Type: Full-Time (12-8pm working hours), 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)

With increasing demand for in the Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) space, we are currently looking for an Executive Consultant to join our Business Development team to pick up a warm desk, nurture the relationships and grow this new vertical into a top-performing team.
What You Will be Doing
- Map, identify, engage, pitch and win new clients within the FDE space.
- Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and client engagement.
- Identify, pitch and win new contract business, positioning Seer as a strategic partner.
- Liaise with the delivery team to ensure effective collaboration and servicing to clients.
- Account Manage clients, swiftly booking interviews and sharing feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, workforce challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to Seer's broader growth strategy and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in BD/360 recruitment, ideally within AI or software engineering across the US (but not a must).
- Strong track record of winning and growing accounts.
- Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
- Demonstrates knowledge in how to build and scale new desks and markets, and has evidence of prior success.
- Acts as a team player and mentor on the sales floor, regardless of level or experience.
