  • Develop and execute the contract recruitment strategy, starting with the data centre US market.
  • Grow and manage a high‑performing contract recruitment function.

  • Develop tailored workforce strategies aligned to project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within the data centre, mission‑critical, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors (but not a must).
  • Strong track record of winning and growing contract recruitment accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering Statement of Work (SoW) solutions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams, both experienced and entry‑level.
  • Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
