We are ready to invest in the right leader to grow this division.

You will be hands-on billing leader, positioning for not only contingent and exclusive work, but also pitching/winning So W solutions as well.

You will additionally be building a high-performing team and establishing Seer as a trusted workforce partner to developers, operators, contractors, consultancies, and technology providers.

  • Develop and execute the contract recruitment strategy, starting with the data centre US market.
  • Grow and manage a high-performing contract recruitment function.
  • Build and maintain a strong market presence through networking, industry events, thought leadership, and client engagement.
  • Identify, pitch and win new contract business, positioning Seer as a strategic partner.

  • Contribute to Se’s broader growth strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with senior decision-makers.
  • Design, scope, pitch and deliver Statement of Work (So W) solutions for clients undertaking major programmes and projects.
  • Develop tailored workforce strategies aligned to project outcomes.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within the data centre, mission-critical, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors (but not a must).
  • Strong track record of winning and growing contract recruitment accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering Statement of Work (So W) solutions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, both experienced and entry-level.
  • Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
