We’re hiring a proactive, outcomes-driven Global ABX Marketing Manager to lead global integrated campaigns with a focus on industry verticals (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, etc). You will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for key accounts, collaborate with sales teams and industry principals, and leverage data-driven insights to create personalized campaigns that drive engagement, nurture relationships, and lead to revenue growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM/ABX strategies tailored to high-value accounts and align them with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Perform account selection and prioritize target accounts based on value, fit, and engagement signals using data analytics and market research.
  • Create and execute multi‑channel, personalized marketing campaigns for key stakeholders within target accounts to enhance engagement and drive conversion.
  • Launch and host webinars to engage target prospect accounts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with the sales process and support the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics—including engagement levels, lead generation, and pipeline impact—to continually optimize ABM/ABX efforts.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all account‑specific campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to track account engagement, measure campaign success, and refine strategies based on data‑driven insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ABM/ABX, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in B2B enterprise demand generation or account‑based marketing (ABM/ABX), account segmentation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps; ability to translate shared KPIs into joint plans and governance.
  • Proficiency with growth and AI‑powered platforms such as 6sense or comparable, Marketo, Salesforce, and other ABM/ABX platforms; ability to turn data into action.
  • Excellent program and project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Salary: ÂŁ84,500
