Overview

Seeq Corporation is seeking Enterprise Sales Executives to promote Seeq\’s SaaS solution, targeting the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and requires a strong understanding of technical and business factors that influence customer needs, with emphasis on process development and product manufacturing. The position focuses on leveraging Seeq resources to help customers achieve business objectives.

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Seeq’s product with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and expanding use within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Seeq Industry Principals to develop accurate sales forecasts for target industries.
  • Work with direct sales or channel partners on accounts spanning industries or geographies.
  • Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth within industries and route opportunities outside the industry or geographic scope to appropriate sales channels.
  • Manage all strategically assigned leads monthly and achieve performance goals.
  • Provide accurate disposition of all assigned leads to track and maintain sales activities in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Understand Seeq products and services and match them to potential customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and chemical companies’ current data management strategies (e.g., historians, on-prem vs. cloud).
  • Strong internal and external customer responsiveness and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent consulting, listening, and communication skills with ability to establish influential relationships, including with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and embodiment of the Seeq brand.
  • Understanding of Seeq and the data analytics space; experience with time-series data and batch analytics is a plus.
  • Expert facilitation and presentation skills for meetings and group activities with audiences ranging from end users to C-suite.
  • Strong written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed work habits with initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, and self-confidence.
  • A adaptability to changes in sales plans, product strategy, relationships, and organizational direction.
  • Regularly meets with the direct manager to review priorities and challenges; willingness to travel to internal meetings and customer sites as warranted.
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in German or other languages is a plus.
