We believe in enabling brands to reach shoppers wherever they are, empowering retailers to grow their networks, and ensuring every impression contributes to measurable sales. Our team of 130+ employees works globally from offices in Stockholm, Oslo, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, and Sydney. We're expanding across all teams and constantly seeking new colleagues who want to make real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where innovation happens daily.
About the role: As the Sales Account Manager for Hardlines, you will drive growth for Hardlines brands by specialising in Amazon DSP campaigns across the UK and Germany. You will oversee every stage of the campaign lifecycle, from lead generation to activation and nurturing repeat business. Your revenue comes from three connected relationships, and you manage all of them:
- Amazon: Amazon Ads is where your leads come from. You work with Amazon account teams, agency development managers and Global Growth Sales teams to source and qualify advertiser opportunities, and you keep SeenThis championed inside Amazon.
- Brands: Brands make the decisions and sign the budgets. You win the brief, get creative approved and grow each brand into a long-term partner, including joint business plans.
- Agencies: Agencies run the campaigns day to day. You work with them and their holding groups to set up and traffic campaigns in DSP, optimise performance and report results, so brands come back for more.
You report to the VP of Commerce and Retail Media and are based in London, with regular travel to Germany.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and run category account plans for your Hardlines brands.
- Prospect, pitch and close new brands in the UK and Germany.
- Own relationships with Amazon Ads Local Category Sellers (LCS), agencies and holding groups.
- Build strong partnerships with Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, agencies, and brands directly.
- Take over existing Hardlines accounts and grow them.
- Expand each brand across more campaigns and more markets.
- Hand new clients over cleanly to the Customer Success Manager for onboarding and activation.
- Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate and up to date.
What we expect of you: You are measured on new business. In practice that means:
- Bringing new brands into the SeenThis and Amazon ecosystem.
- Growing net new revenue across your categories.
- Building strong pipeline and converting it.
- Increasing the value of each brand relationship over time.
Qualifications:
- Essential experience: Amazon Ads experience is a must. We will not consider candidates without it. Hands‑on Amazon Ads experience, ideally Amazon DSP, gained at Amazon, an agency, a brand or an ad tech partner. An existing network inside Amazon Ads, such as account teams, LCS or category leads. A proven record of winning new business and growing accounts. Experience selling to both brands and agencies, including holding groups. Knowledge of one or more Hardlines categories. Confidence leading senior brand conversations, from brief through to budget. Strong organisation, with disciplined account planning and pipeline management.
- Nice to have: German language skills, or experience selling into the German market.
Application: We conduct background checks on all SeenThis-hires to comply with our customers and protect business-critical information. We look forward to welcoming you to SeenThis!
