SEO Account Manager – Remote with 1 Day in Soho House’s Holborn-based CoWorking Office
Role Overview
Reporting to: CEO/Founder
Work arrangement: 4 days remote, 1 day in Soho House\’s CoWorking Space, Soho Works
Hours: 9am-6pm (but flexible to suit your lifestyle)
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, with an annual salary review & bonuses

The Opportunity
We\’re seeking a talented SEO professional to join our high-performing team. This role offers the perfect blend of client relationship management and hands-on SEO campaign execution. You\’ll have the chance to shape strategies, drive results and grow your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture 3-6 key client accounts
- Develop and implement creative SEO strategies that deliver measurable results
- Lead client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Mentor and line manage SEO Executives and Link Builders
- Conduct strategic outreach for impactful link building and digital PR campaigns
- Create data-driven content plans and editorial calendars
- Leverage industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, Moz, WordPress, HubSpot, and GA4
- Identify growth opportunities and foster cross-channel collaboration
- Manage client budgets and ensure accurate invoicing
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience in agency or in-house roles
- Strong command of SEO fundamentals, link building, and content optimisation
- Expertise in site vetting for link building, keyword research, and basic Technical SEO
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong numeracy and proficiency in MS Excel
- Outstanding client management and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
