Reporting to CEO/Founder
Work arrangement: 3 days a week, remote
Hours: 9am-6pm (but flexible to suit your lifestyle) - as long as you do the work, we don’t mind when you do it!
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing/PR professional to join our high-performing team. This role offers a 50-50 blend of client relationship management and hands-on campaign execution. You’ll have the chance to shape strategies and drive results for some amazing brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture 2-3 key client accounts
- Develop and implement creative Digital PR and outreach strategies that deliver measurable results
- Research trending topics in our client’s industries, ideate blog titles and PR ideas
- Proofread all marketing and PR content to ensure consistency with tone and brand guidelines
- Leverage industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, Moz, WordPress, HubSpot, and GA4
- Identify growth opportunities and foster cross-channel collaboration
- Manage client budgets and ensure accurate invoicing
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of digital marketing and PR experience in agency or in-house roles
- Strong command of SEO fundamentals, link building and content optimisation
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong numeracy and proficiency in MS Excel
- Outstanding client management and communication abilities
- Self-motivate with excellent time management skills
- Collaborative and innovative work environment
