The Role: We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Patient Care Coordinator to support patients throughout their fertility journeys while helping grow our community. You’ll be a key point of contact for patients exploring treatment through Seen Fertility, providing guidance and support across WhatsApp, phone, email and social media. You’ll also help manage our community spaces, run events and gather patient feedback to help improve the experience we provide.
What you’ll do:
- Support patients as they explore fertility treatment options and connect with clinic partners.
- Run structured patient calls tailored to each person's need.
- Communicate with patients across WhatsApp, phone, email and social media.
- Help manage and grow our online community.
- Plan and run online and in-person events.
- Gather patient feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5+ years experience working directly with patients in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Highly organised, with experience coordinating events or community initiatives.
- Understanding of the fertility patient journey.
- Experience contributing to or managing online communities.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership.
