Seen Studios is an award winning retail design and production agency partnering with leading retailers and consumer brands across brand design, strategy and interiors.

We are looking for a Midweight 2D Specialist Artworker with four plus years experience to join our studio team. You will work across a diverse range of brands spanning culture, fashion, sports and technology, supporting creative solutions for retail, brand experience and brand communications projects. This role requires strong technical artworking expertise, close attention to detail and the ability to take projects from concept through to final production across both print and digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high quality print and digital artwork for production
  • Interpret visual centres and brand guidelines to create and maintain consistent brand assets
  • Support the studio team in streamlining artworking workflows while maintaining creative excellence
  • Ensure correct formats, file setup, artwork preparation and delivery standards
  • Collaborate closely with creative and account management teams to deliver high quality work
  • Maintain consistently high design standards across all projects
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies across graphic and motion design
  • Contribute to evolving processes that improve efficiency and output
Skills And Experience
  • Four plus years experience as a graphic designer with strong artworking expertise
  • Proven ability to manage and drive workflow across artworking outputs
  • Experience responding to artworking briefs
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Miro and Figma
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings
  • Experience producing graphic schedules and signing off print proofs
  • Experience working with producers and print vendors to deliver print media
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Working Pattern
