We are a growing team that is both strategic and multidimensional in our designs that specialise in live brand environments across the permanent and temporary retail spaces.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise.

Work closely with our Design Director to deliver our human‑centric proposition.

Maintains consistently high‑quality design standards on all projects.

Uses multi‑faceted experience to inspire and develop team members in design principles across all tasks.

Works closely with Design Director and Senior Design team to ensure clear design direction is translated to spatial projects while supporting more junior members of the team to maintain a consistent standard of design.

Proactively provides recommendations to further enhance creative output.

Owns and delivers design process from concept to completion in collaboration with project managers.

Attends / inputs into creative briefs, pitches and brainstorms and supports on the agency’s creative output.

Delivers strong design presentations with compelling narratives to clients using existing tools and design approach.

Translates client feedback into tangible outputs, and drives concept development from 3D modelling through to design documentation and detailing.

  • Desired Skills And Experience
  • 6+ years experience as a designer for 3D retail spaces and interiors.
  • Client facing experience
  • Candidate must have experience in responding to creative briefs with a strong mind for ideation and conceptual design.
  • Experience using Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer, Sketch Up + Enscape and Vector Works.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design for visualizing.
  • Proficient with AI tools such as Midjourney and diffusion to create complex render visuals in addition to 3D design skills.
  • An education and passion for Interiors and Design
  • Open minded and willing to adapt to, and absorb company work methods whilst being eager and motivated in helping to improve standards as part of a group decision
  • Strong 3D visualization, animation skills not required but would be a bonus.
  • The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings
  • Ability to document and detail permanent spaces, fixtures and details.
  • An attention to detail and ability to work in a highly productive environment
