This is a rare and incredible opportunity with an award winning, industry leading agency, Seen Studios. We are on the lookout for an Account Director to help us build outstanding client relationships and commercially grow a portfolio of clients. The AD will hold overall responsibility for a number of accounts within the agency and support leading a team of project managers of varying levels with account and project development. Reporting into the Client Services Director, they will also support the growth of all other existing clients and explore and develop new business opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Client servicing
- Accounts financial planning

- Client communications
With an overarching aim to drive account growth and guide the wider team on how to achieve potential on all projects. The Account Director will be required to pro-actively identify clients’ needs and propose to the CSD how to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits to strategies against these. The AD will be expected to support pitching to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary.
The agency depends on the AD to give their accounts growth and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client. Ultimately, they should be able to increase sales and build successful long-term client relationships in this excitingly progressive agency.
Responsibilities:
- Account leadership
- Ensures brand consistency and excellence in account management
- Pro-active in leadership that encourages cross agency teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Generates accurate reports and status notifications for projects
- Uses knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction
- Responsible for the client account plan annually, identifying opportunities for growth, recognising and mitigating challenges and creating a clear action plan to achieve the account ambition and goals.
Strategic Development and Planning:
- Takes responsibility for developing strategy and proposals with limited support from senior team
- Has regular communication and liaison with CSD and SCD, with a bi-weekly hour catch up with the Head of P
