Seen Presents is an experiential events agency driven by understanding human emotion and culture. We create online and offline authentic connected live experiences to drive brand resonance and understanding for consumer focused lifestyle and entertainment brands. We are seeking a London based Associate Creative Director to concept, define, and deliver brand experiences for major global brands. This is a pivotal senior creative role within the agency. You will lead projects from brief through to delivery with oversight from the Creative Director, owning creative momentum and development day to day. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, high attention to detail, cultural awareness, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach those around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Definition
- Interrogate, challenge, and refine client briefs internally and with clients, acting as guardian of the brief and brand throughout.
- Collaborate within the strategic process through cultural research and insight to validate positioning.
- Cast and resource appropriate creative teams to pitch and deliver projects.
- Define the overarching idea driving each experience, ensuring alignment with brand, audience, and culture.
- Champion cultural relevance from concept to delivery, applying a considered lens across social platforms.
- Translate concepts into cohesive guest journeys, defining and refining touchpoints that ladder up to the central idea.
- Inspire teams and clients by clearly articulating and evidencing ideas.
- Design Leadership
- Define visual direction within brand guidelines while pushing creative territories.
- Lead cultural, visual, and creative exploration to inspire ideation.
- Write clear design briefs and ensure concepts align to strategy and experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, creators, talent, and client relevant movements.

- Creative Delivery
- Identify and brief third party suppliers across build, graphics, and technology while retaining creative control.
- Craft engaging and concise narratives and presentations that communicate the value of ideas.

- Develop ideas within budget parameters and advise on cost efficiencies without compromising creative integrity.
- Lead creative responses across multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership & Agency Contribution
- Provide clear creative direction, delegation, and constructive critique to team members.
- Mentor and develop designers and junior creatives.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence and momentum.

Key Skills And Experience Required
- Background in Art Direction or Communication Design preferred.
- Proven experience leading brand experience design projects from brief to delivery.
- Highly competent conceptual thinker able to translate strategy into cohesive experiential ideas.
- Strong storytelling and deck writing skills.
- Confident presenter able to sell, negotiate, and inspire.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
- Strong awareness of venues and creative suppliers locally and internationally.
- Experience across key experiential markets both local and global.
- Knowledge of varied event formats including festivals, dinners, workshops, and pop ups.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and creator collaboration.
Technical Skills
- Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to interpret CAD plans, Vectorworks files, and floorplans.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and PowerPoint skills.
- Able to mentor others in the effective use of design software.

Hours and Location
This is a London based role operating on a hybrid working model. We are in the studio Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role includes meetings, briefings, and close collaboration with team members and clients. Standard office hours apply, though deadlines and installations may require additional time.
