Role Overview: As SEEN Works Senior Event Producer, you will be involved with the planning, coordination, and delivery of the department’s brand experience projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative brand experiences are produced efficiently, at the right cost and in line with SEEN Group’s standard of excellence. Working closely with the Head of Brand Experience, you will be a key partner in leading the delivery of a range of projects at different scales, including pitching, live events and providing line management and mentorship to junior production team members. As a crucial link between SEEN Group clients and SEEN Works Creative, you will be responsible for ensuring briefs are comprehensively delivered and responded to within timeframes and allocated budgets. You will ensure projects are properly resourced using internal and external (where needed) staffing and suppliers and will be a key part of the process from inception to completion. Based in the SEEN Group London office, you will be a leading voice for event production in the UK, while taking a global approach to projects and collaborating with the US teams on projects as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading event project management from inception through to reconciliation and wrap up.
- Creating, managing and reconciling budgets for Brand Experience.
- Providing support and guidance to the UK Communication team on event production, budgeting and suppliers.
- Be a SEEN Works Brand Experience ambassador on ground in the UK office, and feeding into the Head of Production to assist the smooth operating of the team.
- Signing off & negotiating commercial terms with suppliers.
- Overseeing all aspects of event production (internal & external) including fabrication, graphics, AV, venue management, catering, health and safety, branding, merchandise and guest experience.
- Taking briefs from clients and stakeholders & delivering to appropriate teams.
- Client liaison and relationship building.
- Managing junior production team members and freelancers as required.
- Creating and managing project timelines, schedules and other project management documentation required per project.
- Project resource planning.
- Quality control, risk management and problem solving.
- Supplier relationships.

- Diplomatically manage client expectations and creative concepts to ensure delivery is feasible within budgets and timeframes.
- Showcase comprehensive understanding of the strategic and creative process and be able to recommend appropriate skillsets for client briefs.
- Brief external suppliers (3D design, Fabrication, AV, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Glam, Operations, Agents etc) in collaboration with creative teams.
- Work with the Strategy, Creative and Account Management teams to ensure activations meet client objectives and KPIs.
- Contribute to the smooth running of department operations via the management and development of in-house resource and freelance support.
- Work with departments to ensure opportunities are identified, qualified and monetised where possible.
- Manage health and safety responsibilities to ensure risks are adequately addressed and work with Group General Counsel to ensure relevant insurance protocols are in place.
- Contribute to internal and special projects as required.
