Role Overview: The Influencer Marketing Director is a senior member of SEEN Group's dedicated influencer team. An expert in influencer and social media, the director is responsible for the creation and delivery of impactful influencer marketing campaigns across SEEN's client network, executing excellence across the division's services and fostering lasting client relationships. The role requires exceptional relationships within the UK influencer landscape, a strong understanding of local beauty culture, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with wider agency teams across Communications & Brand Experience.
The Influencer Marketing Director is an inspiring leader and mentor, empowering the Community X SEEN Advocacy & Partnerships team to excel, innovate and push creative boundaries – and works closely with the division's Head to drive new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. The Influencer Marketing Director role demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, staying ahead of the fast-moving worlds of social media, influencer marketing, and beauty culture through ongoing self‐development and industry awareness.
