SEEN Group is a global beauty specialist, delivering integrated brand and marketing services across strategy, creative, communications, talent, brand experience and influencer marketing. Within this, our Brand Experience team creates audience-first experiences that bring brands to life - from intimate press moments and creator activations through to large-scale consumer campaigns. Working across global luxury and consumer beauty brands, we design and deliver experiences rooted in strong creative thinking, cultural relevance and attention to detail, creating moments that are memorable, shareable and impactful.

This is a role for a graphic designer who leads with ideas. Someone with a strong, instinctive visual sensibility, a genuine feel for what is current and what is next, and the creative range to move between a luxury press dinner and a bold Gen Z consumer activation without losing their point of view. They have a passion for culture and what drives brands to stand out in it.

You will be responsible for the graphic design across our brand experience work, from the visual identity of an event to the individual design moments that make it feel considered and alive. You will work closely with the in-house and freelance Creative team, taking creative direction and bringing it to life with real craft and energy. You will also collaborate with 3D designers and production teams to ensure your graphic thinking translates correctly into physical environments.

This is a creative-first role. We are looking for someone with a fresh, sharp design eye and the ambition to push what event graphics can look and feel like. The best person for this role pairs that with the ability to translate a client brief accurately and make it feel exciting.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A strong, distinctive visual voice.
  • Deep knowledge of current culture and the visual language that resonates with different audiences.
  • Creative range. You can design something minimal and elevated and something raw and energetic and both feel considered and brand-aligned.
  • Strong concepting ability alongside execution. You contribute ideas, not just interpret them.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You are also comfortable handling basic artwork tasks such as resizing files, adjusting copy, and preparing assets so projects keep moving without unnecessary handoffs.
  • Strong use of AI tools (Midjourney and equivalents) as a genuine part of your creative process, for direction-setting, visual exploration, and pushing ideas further.
  • Ability to create high-quality environment visuals and mock-ups that communicate how a graphic will feel in a physical space, using whatever tools work best for you.
  • An instinct for designing social-first activations and moments.
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and move at pace without losing quality or attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident in presenting your design thinking. You can explain why a decision is right, not just show it.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience with a focus on events, brand experiences, or physical environments. Agency background is essential.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creative ambition and spatial awareness. Work that shows you understand how graphics function at scale, in three-dimensional environments, and across a full event from hero moments to incidental details.
  • Understanding of how a graphic design system works across a complete event environment and how 2D and 3D design interact.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and the cultural world around it. You do not need a beauty-heavy portfolio but it should be a space you find genuinely interesting.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of large-format print production and file setup for physical output at scale.
  • Familiarity with the materials and surfaces.

Our Values: Creativity · Inclusivity · Positivity · Excellence
