Role Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Brand Experience team in the running of projects from brief to delivery on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of Producers.
  • Assist in the Researching and gathering of materials for briefs and for creative development on all projects.
  • Assist in Searching for suppliers, venues, for up and coming projects.
  • Producing and managing timing plans and keeping all teams involved on timing schedules per project.
  • Keeping Creative and Comms team up to speed on next steps in production and schedule.
  • Co-ordinating approval of assets for clients and creative
  • Co-ordinating meetings and providing contact reports to all personnel within the project
  • Attending shoots, Source props, locations, talents etc Support the team on set
  • Co-ordinating with creatives on all post production and other production needs.
  • Budget reconciliations, assist with processing invoices, managing project budgets and negotiating costs.
  • Developing relationships with suppliers, creative and technology partners to keep abreast of developments and help keeping the agency moving forward with great talent for future projects.
  • Keeping up to date with new work in advertising websites like Campaign, Drum and event publications as well as social media to provide updates on competitor projects.
  • Helping to push great creativity with the teams and fighting for work that is good enough to win awards.
  • Scheduling and other production-related documents (call sheets, risk assessments, release forms, insurance)
  • Champion sustainable production ensuring we act consciously at all times on and off set.
  • Assist with day to day office operations such as catering ordering, reconciling credit cards and running errands.

Specialist Skill Set:

  • Showcase creative thinking working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to fruition
  • Be abreast of industry trends and creative executions within the event and beauty industries to ensure concepts stand out creatively and are executed flawlessly
  • Brief external suppliers (3D design, Fabrication, AV, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Glam, Operations, Agents etc) in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Creative problem solver identifies solutions to challenges
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities to ensure risks are adequately addressed and work with Group General Counsel to ensure relevant insurance protocols are in place.
  • Contribute to internal and special projects as required
