About the Role: This is a digitally led design role focused on creating visually compelling, social-first content for beauty and lifestyle clients. This role plays a key part in shaping how brands appear across digital platforms, delivering elevated, on-brand creative that reflects both emerging trends and a refined sense of aesthetic. Fast-paced and hands-on, the role requires a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of beauty and visual culture, and an instinct for the type of content that resonates across social. The ideal candidate will be confident working across both static and motion design, with the ability to translate creative ideas into impactful visual storytelling across multiple digital touchpoints. Working closely with wider creative and account teams, the role also supports broader marketing, campaign and print output where needed, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand communications.
Core Focus:
- Own day to day social first design output and support wider digital and print marketing creative while reporting to Global Design Director.
Responsibilities:
- Design social-first content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Create static assets and motion content (reels, stories, simple animations).
- Adapt campaign creative across multiple digital formats and placements.
- Translate briefs into on-brand, high-quality visual content.
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform behaviours, and beauty aesthetics.
- Support wider design output, including print materials (e.g. invites, menus, mailers, press releases).
- Pitch & internal deck design.
- Prepare artwork for print, with an understanding of layouts, specs, and production requirements.
- Work closely with creative and comms teams to deliver at pace.
- Apply AI tools to support ideation, design exploration, and production efficiency.
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt designs into motion formats.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition, branding).
- Experience designing for social media formats and digital campaigns.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into high-quality, consistent visual output.
- Basic After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (for simple motion and editing).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to create light motion/animation (reels, stories, social assets).
- Good understanding of print design and artwork setup (bleed, crop, resolution, etc.).
- Awareness and practical use of AI tools (image generation, editing, workflow tools).
- Understanding of how AI can support creative ideation and production.
- Basic prompt writing capability.
- Strong understanding of social content formats and platform best practices.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- 2-5+ years’ experience (junior–midweight level).
- Agency or in-house creative/digital background.
- Social-first mindset with strong awareness of trends and culture.
