The Role
We are looking for a Senior 3D Designer with 6+ years experience to join our talented team. You will work across culture, fashion, sports and technology brands, developing creative solutions for retail, brand experience and brand communications. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, human‑centric design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise
- Work closely with the Design Director to deliver our human‑centric proposition
- Maintain consistently high design standards across leading projects
- Deputise for the Design Director when required, receiving and delegating briefs
- Inspire and develop mid‑weight and junior designers
- Manage freelance and external creative resources
- Own and deliver the design process from concept to completion alongside project managers
- Contribute to creative briefs, brainstorms and agency‑wide creative output
- Deliver compelling client presentations with strong narrative and visual storytelling
- Support on design estimates in collaboration with Project Managers
- Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative concepts
- Implement and evolve our human‑centric design strategy
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years experience designing 3D spaces and interiors
- Strong client‑facing experience
- Experience leading mid‑weight and junior designers across multiple briefs
- Proven ability to respond to creative briefs with strong conceptual thinking
- Advanced skills in Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer, SketchUp and Vectorworks
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong 3D visualisation skills (animation a bonus but not essential)
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings
- High attention to detail
- Confident problem solver under pressure
- Ability to construct accurate 3D models and high‑quality renders
- Strong collaborator within a team environment
