Midweight 3D Retail Designer at an award-winning retail design agency that partners with leading retailers and consumer brands across brand design, strategy and interiors. You will be working with a diverse range of exciting brands across culture, fashion, sports, and technology to create creative solutions for retail, brand experience and brand communications projects, working with internal and external teams to bring work from concept to completion.

About Us: We are a growing team that is both strategic and multidimensional in our designs, specialising in live brand environments across permanent and temporary retail spaces. Our clients value our insight‑led approach to develop environments that blur the lines between the physical and digital, across all our creative proposals from experiential activations to interior retail design.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Work closely with Design Director to deliver our human‑centric proposition and maintain consistently high‑quality design standards on all projects.
  • Use multi‑faced experience to inspire and develop team members in design principles across all tasks.
  • Collaborate with Design Director and Senior Design team to ensure clear design direction is translated to spatial projects while supporting junior members to maintain consistent design standards.
  • Proactively provide recommendations to further enhance creative output.
  • Own and deliver design process from concept to completion in collaboration with project managers.
  • Attend and input into creative briefs, pitches and brainstorms, and support on the agency’s creative output.
  • Deliver strong design presentations with compelling narratives to clients using existing tools and design approach.
  • Translate client feedback into tangible outputs, and drive concept development from 3D modelling through to design documentation and detailing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years experience as a designer for 3D retail spaces and interiors.
  • Client‑facing experience.
  • Experience responding to creative briefs with strong ideation and conceptual design.
  • Proficiency with Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer, SketchUp + Enscape and Vector Works.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for visualising.
  • Proficient with AI tools such as Midjourney and run diffusion to create complex render visuals in addition to 3D design skills.
  • Education and passion for Interiors and Design.
  • Open minded and willing to adapt to and absorb company work methods while being eager and motivated to improve standards as part of group decision making.
  • Strong 3D visualization; animation skills not required but would be a bonus.
  • The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Ability to document and detail permanent spaces, fixtures and details.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a highly productive environment.

Working Pattern: Standard hours 9.00am to 5.30pm with flexibility as required. Based in our Shoreditch office. Hybrid working model with minimum three days in office and two days working from home.
