Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high‑quality graphic and motion assets across print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to exceed client expectations and deliver high‑quality design work.
  • Develop new concepts and strong creative solutions with the studio team.
  • Deliver compelling design presentations and narratives to clients using existing tools and design approaches.
  • Take ownership of creative challenges from brief to delivery, presenting and developing client relationships.
  • Utilise storyboarding skills to plan, visualise and technically execute print and motion graphics projects before production.
  • Create visual concepts and designs for various media, including retail, print and digital.
  • Maintain brand assets and produce custom illustrations and graphics to enhance visual content.
  • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Support agency creative output by attending briefs, brainstorms and maintaining high design standards.
  • Stay up to date on the latest design trends, tools and technologies in graphic and motion design.
  • Continuously experiment with new techniques and styles to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years experience as a graphic designer.
  • Client‑facing experience and ability to respond to creative briefs with strong ideation and conceptual design.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members on multiple briefs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Miro and Figma.
  • Education and passion for retail, interiors, design and branding.
  • Open‑minded, adaptable and eager to improve standards within a group decision process.
  • 3D visualization and animation skills a bonus.
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Ability to produce graphics schedules, sign off print proofs and work with producers and print vendors to execute print media.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a highly productive environment.
