About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Social Creative Manager to lead content creation across a portfolio of beauty and FMCG social accounts, while contributing to the agency's own social presence. This is a creative execution role for someone who loves making content: shooting, editing, storytelling, and understands what works natively on each platform. You'll work closely with social, marketing and strategy teams to bring briefs to life, and support client conversations with your creative thinking.
What You'll Do
- Client Social Creative (primary focus)
- Create and edit short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social across beauty and FMCG accounts
- Lead content production days, from pre-production planning through to on-set capture and editing
- Translate client briefs into platform-native content that balances brand, community and performance goals
- QA all content before delivery, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and platform best practice
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms and present creative concepts internally and to clients where needed
- Agency Marketing (secondary focus)
- Support the agency's social calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Create video-first content that positions the agency as a credible, creative voice in the industry
- Assist with LinkedIn content for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years in a social creative role, agency experience preferred
- Strong shooting and editing skills: photography is essential, confident video editing across CapCut / Premiere
- Experience working on beauty and/or FMCG brands
- Proficient in Adobe Express and Canva
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- A collaborative team player who's proactive with ideas
Nice to Have
- Experience presenting creative to clients
- Broader production or shoot management experience
The Interview Process:
- If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to join a 30 minute virtual call for us to get to know you better and for us to tell you more about the role and agency, and answer any initial questions.
- If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour. A final decision will be made following this.
Benefits:
- Salary reflective of your experience and in line with internal benchmarks
- Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.
- Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
- Summer Fridays - a 3pm finish on Fridays in July and August
- 24 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after one year and 26 after two years of service
- 3 personal days a year which are days that you can take to give yourself a break and support your wellness and mental health.
- A £100 voucher to spend on something to support your wellbeing
- Work from anywhere for up to one month each year, as long as you can work on UK timezones and have a strong internet connection
- Snacks and drinks in the office, and free lunch provided when we have lunch and learns
- Vouchers for Above and Beyond Award winners in our monthly company meeting, and a chance to make your wishes come true with a £1000 prize going to a randomly selected winner in our lottery of wishes each quarter that we hit our targets
