About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Executive to join our fast growing campaigns team who will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns end-to-end. This role is all about working to streamline processes, ability to build great relationships with talent agents and negotiate effectively, attention to detail, and evaluating data to inform reporting. You’ll work closely with Account Managers who own the client relationships, and will ensure that campaigns run smoothly, budget is utilised as effectively as possible, and that we are delivering strong, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery
- Lead the delivery of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they run on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.
- Handle influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, and activation.
- Set up campaign trackers, databases, and manage campaigns through our influencer management platform to ensure smooth workflows.
- Use our deliverable calculator (we will train you on this!) and your own knowledge of influencer rates and nuances to set deliverables for your campaigns.
- Troubleshoot campaign challenges quickly, suggest solutions and elevate issues when necessary.
- Content & Approvals
- Review influencer content, providing constructive feedback to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and compliance requirements.
- Manage amends and re-submissions with agents/influencers.
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Track deliverables and performance, providing updates to the Account Manager.
- Compile reports and campaign insights, suggesting optimisations throughout delivery.
- Contribute data and insights to PCA/wrap-up reports, working with Account Management to shape the narrative and pull out the most useful information for your clients.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Paid Social to deliver campaigns.
- Keep Account Managers fully informed, ensuring they can communicate confidently with clients.
- Support new business by contributing influencer shortlists and campaign insight where needed.
- Finance & Operations
- Negotiate rates effectively to deliver the best results that we can for clients.
- Track budgets and payments, ensuring accuracy across contracts and influencer invoices and reporting spends to our finance team regularly.
- Ensure that processes are being followed and that workflow is efficient.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, from creator platforms to paid amplification.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively and draw insights from data to turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using influencer campaign management platforms (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Tagger).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining high quality output.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and sharing insights across the agency.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
Benefits
- Salary reflective of your experience and in line with internal benchmarks.
- Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.
- Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
- Summer Fridays - a 3pm finish on Fridays in July and August.
- 24 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after one year and 26 after two years of service.
- 3 personal days a year which are days that you can take to give yourself a break and support your wellness and mental health.
- A £100 voucher to spend on something to support your wellbeing.
- Work from anywhere for up to one month each year, as long as you can work on UK timezones and have a strong internet connection.
- Snacks and drinks in the office, and free lunch provided when we have lunch and learns.
- Vouchers for Above and Beyond Award winners in our monthly company meeting, and a chance to make your wishes come true with a £1000 prize going to a randomly selected winner in our lottery of wishes each quarter that we hit our targets.
