Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Partnerships Manager with a background in ideating exciting activations for experiential projects, bringing fresh talent ideas to these projects with strong talent management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Ideation: Independently leads ideation of activations & relevant talent on mid-size projects & pitches. Manages more junior team members during ideation phase. Clear understanding of client project objectives & creative concept working within practical constraints. Awareness of cultural landscape, industry trends & different global localities always bringing innovative, exciting & relevant ideas to the table.
- Partnerships Management: Works simultaneously with the Design, Strategy, Client Servicing and Project Management teams on projects from their inception through to the live date. Creates and maintains databases of relevant contacts to be used for events & shoots. Client relationships – joins pitches & client meetings to present activation/talent ideas, proactively work with feedback. Shares new and exciting ideas beyond scope of project with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and to demonstrate an organised, efficient and proactive approach to all tasks. Adapts quickly to evolving project requirements & works well to deadlines.
- Talent Sourcing & Management: Ability to find relevant and exciting talent. Builds and maintains relationships with talent. Approaches initial conversation with talent – from selling in project to talent management throughout. Negotiates deliverables, fees & write contracts and stay on top of ensuring these are signed by talent or their representative. Manages talent and client expectations – acts as liaison between talent, client & internal Seen Studios teams. Communicates with talent & clients confidently and quickly to drive mutually beneficial outcomes whilst paying attention to wider project budgets with a commercial mindset. On-site management of talent for events & shoots etc.
- Team Development & Communication: Demonstrates excellent communication skills when liaising with talent, clients and internally; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, over the phone and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and good negotiation skills. Solution focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle several projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, resourceful, highly organised and a good team player. Shows leadership skills, delegating workstreams to more junior team members. Approaches issues with pro-active solutions and problem-solving skills.
