Seen Presents is an experiential events agency driven by understanding human emotion and culture. We create online and offline authentic connected live experiences to drive brand resonance and understanding for consumer focused lifestyle and entertainment brands. We are seeking a London based Account Director to strengthen our client leadership team and drive commercial growth across key accounts. This is a senior client leadership role responsible for developing and growing strategic client partnerships while ensuring exceptional delivery across multiple experiential programmes. The Account Director owns the commercial performance and long-term growth of their accounts, acts as a senior advisor to clients, and works closely with project and production teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Work closely with the Client Services Director to align account strategy with agency growth objectives
    • Contribute to business strategy discussions and long term planning
    • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
    • Input into wider agency initiatives including marketing, insights, and industry presence
    • Contribute to business planning and client growth strategies
  • Client Leadership
    • Build and maintain strong senior client relationships based on trust and strategic partnership
    • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and strategic discussions
    • Develop deep understanding of client businesses, sectors, and commercial objectives
    • Provide proactive strategic counsel to clients on experiential activity and brand engagement
    • Represent the agency confidently in senior client meetings and presentations
    • Maintain strong awareness of industry, cultural, and market trends affecting clients
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Develop and maintain strategic account growth plans including targets and milestones
    • Oversee the delivery of experiential programmes across multiple projects
    • Work closely with project and production teams to ensure seamless delivery
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new initiatives and partnerships
    • Lead account reviews and ensure clear communication of performance and opportunities
    • Ensure high standards of client service across all projects
  • Commercial & Financial Ownership
    • Own financial performance across assigned accounts including forecasting and profitability
    • Maintain oversight of budgets, scopes, and commercial agreements
    • Track account performance including GP and revenue targets
    • Work closely with senior leadership to identify and manage growth opportunities
    • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters
    • Support commercial conversations around retainers, MSAs, and SOW frameworks
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Work closely with project teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
    • Support mentoring and development of junior team members
    • Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing across the agency
    • Support recruitment where required as the team grows
    • Ensure internal processes and ways of working reflect agency culture and values

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior Account Director or equivalent role within an experiential, brand experience, or integrated agency
  • Proven experience managing and growing major client accounts
  • Experience leading large scale experiential campaigns or brand activations
  • Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and maintaining senior client relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hours and Location

This is a London based role operating on a hybrid working model. We are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Standard office hours apply, though deadlines, travel, and installations may occasionally require extended hours.
