The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You will lead, motivate and mentor your team of Carers while providing guidance and coaching. Providing strong leadership will ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of the care home. Promoting all our residents' independence, dignity and choice is extremely important to us and this will come naturally to you. Maintaining accurate records is very important, and you will have an eye for detail to enable you to deal with any problems that may arise. You will possess strong professional judgement and be able to make critical decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Lead, motivate and mentor the team of Carers, providing guidance and coaching to support high-quality care.
- Promote residents' independence, dignity and choice within the care home environment.
- Maintain accurate records and exercise sound professional judgement to identify and address problems and make critical decisions.
