As a Domestic Assistant you will be a vital part of our growing family, ensuring our residents live in a safe and hygienic environment. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who shares our commitment to high standards and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Clean all assigned rooms, including furniture, fittings, fabrics, carpets, and equipment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
- Maintain cleanliness of sanitary areas and other equipment, following strict guidelines to prevent the spread of germs and infestations.
- Dispose of all waste safely and in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Support a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for residents and visitors.
Requirements
- Experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
- Pay for this role meets the national minimum wage for over 21s.
- Alternating weekly schedule: one week at 24 hours, one week at 12 hours.
- Permanent contracted hours with fully funded induction and ongoing training; access to hundreds of eLearning courses.
- We are not currently accepting applicants requiring sponsorship.
