Overview

The successful Receptionist will meet and greet resort guests, assist guests with queries, advise on the local area, issue accommodation keys and information, advise guests on events within the resort, handle telephone calls, deal with customer complaints, and ensure accurate cash handling. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.

About Darwin Escapes / The Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth, Cumbria. This is a permanent, part-time position working 16 hours across Monday and Friday, including weekends and bank holidays. Hourly rate of £12.21.

Darwin Escapes has 18 amazing destinations across the United Kingdom, each with its own unique offering. We offer roles in food and beverage, grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, entertainment or management. Darwin Escapes has 18 locations across the country.
