We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager at Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat, Poole, Dorset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rental fleet and company premises to the highest standard.
  • Complete staff rotas, taking into account strict budgetary control, demand and holidays.
  • Issue training and re‑training as required.
  • Check inventories and replenish as required.
  • Lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring high standards and good practice.
  • Complete laundry services as necessary.
  • Report lost and found property.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.

Position Details

  • This is a permanent full‑time position, 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
