We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager at Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat, Poole, Dorset.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rental fleet and company premises to the highest standard.
- Complete staff rotas, taking into account strict budgetary control, demand and holidays.
- Issue training and re‑training as required.
- Check inventories and replenish as required.
- Lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring high standards and good practice.
- Complete laundry services as necessary.
- Report lost and found property.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
Position Details
- This is a permanent full‑time position, 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
