Overview
The successful Lifeguard will join our Leisure team to help ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently. This is a seasonal position with hours across 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).
Responsibilities
- Work within the Leisure team to ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular checks of the pool and the changing areas.
- Be on the lookout for hazards or issues and ensure that these are dealt with.
- Observe swimmers and spectators.
- Check plant and carry out pool water tests regularly.
- Check and record all guest passes.
- Advise guests on current activity programmes.
- Record any accidents and administer first aid, as required.
- Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- NPLQ qualification is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A current NPLQ is desirable however not essential.
- A full UK driving license and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to and from the resort easily.
- Right to Live and work in the UK (as required).

Talacre Beach Resort, Talacre, Flintshire.
