Responsibilities:- Manage enquiries from initial lead to project award
- Deal with customers queries in a timely manner
- Build relationships with existing and new customers
- Prepare accurate sales proposals
- Carry out site meetings when required
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive revenue and help achieve sales targets
- Assist marketing with lead generation campaigns
- Experience working in the modular construction industry
- Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in person
- Dedication to customer experience
- Self motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
- Able to embrace change and implement process improvements
- Full UK Driving licence
- Able to travel and stay away from home from time to time
