Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting
- Calm and patient approach; good communication and team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work longer shifts and some weekends
- Commitment to completing relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years, if not already attained)
- Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company
