About the role: As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the finishing of our modular units, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality, durability and appearance. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently applying one-coat paint systems to steel modular units
- Preparing units for spray, including cleaning, masking and surface preparation
- Sealing joints using flexible sealers to ensure a high-quality finish and weather resistance
- Ensuring paint finishes are consistent, durable and meet specification
- Maintaining a clean eye for detail to achieve a professional finish on every unit
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Operating spray equipment safely and carrying out basic maintenance as required
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Confident in spraying one-coat paint systems
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
