Salveo Care is opening Wendover Manor, a 55-bed dementia-focused home in Wendover. We are seeking an experienced Dementia Care Manager to lead the new service before and after opening, shaping what excellent dementia care looks like in practice.
You will recruit and mentor the team, design care pathways, oversee care planning, safeguard and quality, and work with residents, families and health professionals to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.
