We’re looking for a confident and driven leader to join Kingfisher Nursing Home as our Home Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the home, creating an environment where residents feel valued, families feel confident and colleagues are proud to work. About the role

As Home Manager, you will:
- Provide strong, inspirational leadership across the home
- Ensure the highest standards of care, service and resident experience
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Take responsibility for budgets, resources and financial performance
- Drive occupancy and promote the home within the local community
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and local partners
- Oversee personalised care planning and ensure residents’ needs are met
- Lead recruitment, retention, training and development of the team
- Create a welcoming, homely and high-quality environment aligned with our values
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous development
- Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to ensure the home operates safely, effectively and successfully

Required Criteria
- Proven experience managing a successful care home, preferably within a luxury setting
- A solid understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a compassionate resident‑first approach
- A passion for delivering high-quality care in a luxury, person‑centred environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance
- Well organised with the ability to multi task in a fast‑paced environment
- Motivated to make a difference
- RGN Qualification and valid NMC pin number
