The Hire Controller will play a vital role in supporting the depot team with the day-to-day operations of the Wernick Power Solutions depot. About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service
- Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence
- Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries
- Post contracts, on/off hire equipment
- Prioritise customer satisfaction in all interactions
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in problem-solving and support the team with common-sense solutions
- Maintain strong administrative processes and excellent telephone etiquette
- Contribute to an efficient and productive work environment
