We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse to join our Clinical Team.

Location: Ty Nant Care Home, Williamstown, CF40 1RE

Contract Available: 38.5 hrs contract, working 33 hours in week 1 and 44 hours in week 2. Working mostly days, but some night work may also be required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident, considering their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
  • Establishing strong rapport with residents, offering emotional support, and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect.
  • Regularly assessing and documenting the health status of residents, identifying any changes or health issues, and promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining open communication with residents' families to provide updates on their loved ones' health and well-being.
  • Adhering to all regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care and safety.
