Hours: 4 on / 4 off rotation shifts including weekend 7am β 7pm / 7pm β 7am
Compensation: Β£32,639 + Shift Allowance Β£2,623

About the role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse operation. Responsible for a full range of warehousing duties, you will support the end-to-end handling of palletised products, from unloading inbound deliveries through to storage, order picking, and loading outbound vehicles.
Working as part of a fast-paced team, you will ensure all stock is handled safely, accurately, and in line with company procedures. This role requires a strong focus on health and safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet operational deadlines and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Unloading, storing, picking and loading palletised soft drinks 24/7 for retail warehouse distribution centres

Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Manager or Supervisors

Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment

Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods

Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules

Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner
Qualifications & Skills

At least 1 year Fork Lift truck experience

Previous experience in a similar role (VNA retail warehouse distribution centre)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work to strict deadlines

Maintain exceptional health and safety standards

Full Driving Licence, valid in the UK

Full right to work in the UK
