Food & Beverage Team Member

We are recruiting daytime and evening/weekend food and beverage staff for events team and our bar/restaurant outlets. There are breakfast shifts starting from 7am in the morning and evening shifts that can finish around 2am, so whether you are an early riser or a night owl we have shifts to suit everyone.

About the role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy customer focused environment.

Ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events desirable

Ensure compliance of brand standards

Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner-following policy for customer details

Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.

Up-sell with latest departmental incentives

Strive to achieve departmental targets.

Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.

Compliance with cash handling procedures

Maintain a high standard of hygiene/cleaning in restaurant/back of house areas.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Comply with local licensing laws.

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

Compliance with company grooming standards.

Compliance with company phone policy

Compliance with company smoking policy.

Compliance with food hygiene regulations

Awareness of food allergens and follow company procedures.

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in UK
- Good understanding of English language
- must be age 18+
- available to work across a 7 day week
