About the role

Prepare, cook and present food, quickly and efficiently, meeting company standards.

Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy, at all times.

Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues.

Manage food wastage through correct procedures.

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.

Always adhere to all company policies and procedures

Be involved and contribute at team meetings.

- have 6 months experience as a commis chef in a busy restaurant
- have a food hygiene certificate
- be flexible-able to work across a 7 day week
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions
- must have the right to work in UK

- Nvq level 2 in food prep
- Basic food hygiene certificate
