Key Responsibilities
- Complete internal and external window cleaning to a consistently high standard.
- Use appropriate cleaning methods, including traditional equipment and water-fed pole systems.
- Travel between customer sites in accordance with the agreed schedule.
- Follow all risk assessments, method statements and safe working procedures.
- Ensure work areas are left clean, safe and presentable.
- Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts and members of the public.
- Attend new or existing customer sites to assess window-cleaning requirements.
- Identify the equipment, cleaning method and approximate time required to complete the work.
- Take measurements and gather the information needed to prepare a quotation.
- Identify opportunities for additional window-cleaning or related services.
- Complete job sheets, quotation forms and other required records accurately.
- Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with the role.
