We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Activities Assistant to support our Activities Coordinator in delivering a varied, inclusive and person-centred programme that reflects who our residents are – not just where they live. - Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
- Ensuring appropriate resources and equipment are always available to support engagement
What We Can Offer You:
- A rewarding and supportive work environment.
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
- Access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Recognition and rewards through our employee referral and appreciation programs.
What we are looking for:
- A warm, engaging and inclusive approach
- Confidence to try new ideas and involve others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with care teams
- Organised and able to maintain accurate records
- A genuine interest in improving quality of life for older people
Why Silvercrest?
Because we understand that meaningful activity is essential to good care, not optional. You will be supported, valued and encouraged to bring your ideas, personality and passion to the role.
Whilst we welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds, all applicants must be able to meet the requirements of the role, including working the advertised shifts and undertaking the duties of the role safely, appropriately and competently.
