This role will support the Maintenance Team by providing a high level of service and support in all areas of Maintenance, including Electrical.

Shift details:
44 hours per week, any 4 nights - 6pm to 6am (Sunday-Friday)
Please note - flexibility to cover other nights when required.

About the role
Job Summary:
This role will support Production by providing a high level of maintenance service (mechanical and electrical) and support in all areas of Maintenance.
Duties will include:
- Welding & Fabrication
- Cutting/Burning
- Hydraulic and pneumatics
- Electrical maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining electrical equipment within an engineering system
- Planned Maintenance Inspections
- Planned Maintenance Schedules
- Working at height on mobile elevated platform
- Working in confined areas
- Removing and replacing heavy machinery parts
- Using various power tools to complete tasks
- Working as part of a team
- Using your initiative to solve problems

Required Criteria
- Previous industry experience / manufacturing setting
- Interest in working within a manufacturing / production environment
- Experience of fabrication
- Experience of hydraulic and pneumatics
- Experience maintaining electrical equipment within an engineering system
- Experience of planned maintenance schedules
- Experience of planned maintenance inspections
- Problem solving skills Very well organised person Self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently Great communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills Keen to succeed and progress
- Team player Positive outlook Problem solving skills
- Full and clean driving licence as driving duties are required for this role
Desired Criteria
- Fully time served
- 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C
- 5 years working experience
- Experience working in a concrete industry
- Production related administration experience such as check sheets / computer or tablet
