AG is recruiting a Specification Consultant for Scotland — a pivotal role designed to drive growth by increasing specifications for AG’s paving and hard landscaping solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote AG’s paving and landscaping products to architects and specifiers.
- Deliver CPD presentations and technical sessions to groups and individuals.
- Plan and manage client meetings and professional development activities.
- Use CRM to manage contacts and track specification growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Provide feedback to inform new product development.
- Support clients and sales teams with technical advice on-site.
- Advocate for AG’s culture and values in all interactions.

About the company:

Required Criteria:
- Good geographical knowledge of the region.
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths grade A-C.
- Computer literate.
- Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a specification role involving hard landscaping and building product specification.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to recognise commercial opportunities and develop new business.
