About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-class customer service.

Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other necessary correspondence through the MCS-RM system.

Handle enquiries and source new business.
-
Record enquiries and their sources.
-
Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
-
Perform any other relevant tasks as required by your line manager.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including adherence to all Health & Safety policies.

Be aware of company KPI targets for the depot and assist in achieving and exceeding them.
Ideal Candidate:

IT literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Numerate: Strong with numbers and data

Excellent administration and customer service skills

Capable of thriving under pressure in a busy role
