Registered Manager / Registered Manager Designate
Homecare Gurus is looking for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to join our growing homecare agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the homecare service
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and person-centred care
- Recruiting, supporting and developing care staff
- Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality assurance
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and carerworkers
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
Flexible Working
We offer some flexibility for remote working, depending on operational requirements.
However, the role requires flexibility to attend the office, visit clients and support the team when needed.

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our homecare services, ensuring excellent care delivery, regulatory compliance and a positive experience for both clients and carerworkers.

- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management role within domiciliary/homecare
- Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements and adult social care
- Is an excellent leader and communicator
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
- Is flexible, adaptable and willing to embrace the culture, values and working practices of Homecare Gurus
- Is comfortable working collaboratively within a growing and evolving organisation

Required Criteria
- Experience working in domiciliary care, homecare or adult social care
- Good understanding of care quality, safeguarding and person-centred care
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support staff, service users and compliance tasks professionally
- Good knowledge of risk management and safe care delivery
- Confidence using care management systems and Microsoft Office
- Right to work in the UK
- For developing candidates, willingness to progress towards the Registered Manager role and complete the CQC application process when ready
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
- Experience preparing for CQC inspections
- Experience growing a domiciliary care service
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
